The Junior Academy will meet every other Tuesday, with U15s, U14s and U13s joining on the corresponding alternate Tuesdays. These sessions focus on developing core skills, game understanding, and building confident young players ready for the next step in their rugby journey. See the Training Calendar below for dates.
