The Nuns will be looking to make it 10 bonus point wins in a row this weekend as they host the last team to deny them a 5 point haul, Peterborough. When the two sides met at Fengate earlier in the season the Nuns went down 19-18 after having a last kick of the game conversion charged down to win it. They currently sit in 6th position with 5 home wins and 12 losses collecting 34 league points.

Last weekend there was just one league game taking place which saw Northampton Old Scouts and Market Harborough face off having twice been postponed. The game finished 27-all with both sides collecting 2 league points. It also means that heading into the last 5 games of the season the league table sees Market Harborough and Lutterworth on 75 points then Northampton Old Scouts and the Nuns on 74. Plenty to play for in the last quarter of the season.

The Saxons have a home league game with Syston and will look to enjoy being back out on the pitch having gone three weekends without a game.

The Saracens went down to Barkers Butts 3rds last week away having changed venue due to waterlogged pitches at home. It was their first run out of 2024 and encouragingly they had 27 players available.

The Colts defeated Earlsdon in a league and Cup double header 35-22 last weekend. They have a blank weekend this week.

Team news: one change in the pack from last game sees Rudi Reid miss out with a rib injury with Martin Wood returning at number 8.
There is also one change in the backline with Ben Kirby swapping with Harry Beverley on the wing.
