Nuneaton Rugby Club is recruiting a Senior Player Coach for the 2026/27 season.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Level 3 or Level 4 player who is ready to take the next step in their coaching journey while continuing to contribute on the field.

The Senior Player Coach will play a key role within the senior squad, combining on field leadership with coaching delivery, player development and supporting the club’s performance environment. Working alongside the Director of Rugby and Senior Squad Head Coach, the successful candidate will help shape training, lead unit or position specific coaching, and support the development of younger players transitioning into senior rugby.

We are looking for someone who leads by example, brings strong technical and tactical understanding, and is committed to contributing to a positive, ambitious senior rugby culture.
