We're thrilled to announce that the senior coaching set up will remain the same for the 2025/26 season.
The accomplished trio guided the club to promotion in the 2023/2024 season, followed by an impressive 6th place finish in Regional 1 Midlands last season. Additionally, they have successfully secured consecutive Warwickshire Cup titles.

	Huw Thomas – Huw has deep ties to Nuneaton RFC, having played over 300 matches for the club before moving into coaching. Huw returned as Head Coach for the 2023/24 season and his leadership has guided the club to success in the last two seasons.
	Stewart Pearl – Stewart continues as the clubs Forwards Coach having joined the senior set up at the club in 2023/24. He has both played and coached at a high level, and has been instrumental in building a dominant pack. He’s well known to the club with a son in the M & J set up, where he also coaches.
	Arron Skyrme – Arron continues in his role as a player coach having returned from a knee injury last season. He has been part of the coaching teams since 2021 and is currently working with Coventry Rugby as Junior Academy Lead.

This continuity underscores the club's commitment to fostering stability and nurturing talent at every level.
