More than 2,000 people enjoyed the sunshine and Nuns hospitality as 69 teams from across all minis age groups, representing 11 Midlands clubs, played brilliant rugby that showcased the sport’s traditional values of community, sportsmanship and enjoyment. Every game was played in great spirit, with respect shown to opponents, supporters and officials throughout.

It was a fantastic success built on teamwork, hard work and plenty of fun.

We’re delighted that the players had such a great day, and we’d like to thank everyone who attended. A special thank you to Mayor Bhim Saru (Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth) for joining us, the children (and parents!) were thrilled to meet you.

As a club, we also want to recognise Sven Brown (Head Coach) and Laura Stringer (Team Manager) for leading the event. They are just two of the many people who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, but their energy and commitment set the tone for the whole day.

Finally, a huge thank you to the Under 12s for donating surplus food to the Ford Community Centre, supporting their brilliant work in the local community.
