Nuneaton Rugby Club is recruiting a new Director of Rugby.

The club is entering an ambitious new phase of development and is seeking an experienced rugby leader to help drive performance, strengthen the senior squad programme, and support long term player and coach development across the club.

The Director of Rugby will play a central role in shaping the future of Nuns rugby, leading senior recruitment, overseeing player contracts and the playing budget, and working closely with the Senior Squad Head Coach to deliver a high performance environment.

This is a major opportunity for someone who wants to make a lasting impact at a club with strong foundations and a clear vision for the future.
