Nuneaton Rugby Club is inviting applications to join four working groups that will explore key questions about our future and help guide the club’s development.

We’re looking for people who can bring relevant skills, practical experience and fresh ideas. Club members and non-members are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Futures Working Group

Help explore the future of our club site. This group will consider whether we remain at our current home, what infrastructure we would need to develop there, and what alternatives could be available.

We’re looking for skills and experience in planning, construction, civil or structural engineering, architecture, facility assessment and development.

Business Development Working Group

Help develop the business activities that can support the running of the rugby club, enable growth and increase investment.

We’re looking for skills and experience in commercial growth, business strategy, sponsorship, marketing, communications, financial planning, community engagement, events and hospitality.

Facility Management Working Group

Help us make the best use of our existing spaces and facilities to support the needs of the whole club.

We’re looking for skills and experience in asset management, building maintenance, contractor management, operational planning, grass pitch management and maintenance, facility lifecycle planning, risk management, compliance and specialist trades.

Player Development Working Group

Help develop and implement a plan that supports our players and coaches. This group will focus on keeping players involved, helping them progress through the club and supporting their continued development.

We’re looking for skills and experience in coaching, coach development, volunteer recruitment and management, sports development, education, athlete development and transition, and mentoring.

Get involved

If your experience could contribute to one of these groups, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need to be a club member to help shape our future.
