Nuneaton RFC is looking for a programme co-ordinator for the 2017-18 season. There are 12 1st XV home games left for the season with potential for one or two more games that would require a programme only between September 12th and the end of April.

The job would suit a person who has a few hours spare in the week to help the club or for a student (college or University) that is looking to gain some experience in either publications, marketing or advertising.

The role is a voluntary one but rewards may be provided as a thank you for your support.

The job entails the following:

Collate information for the match day programme including – team lists, referee name, match day sponsors, welcome notes, upcoming fixtures, league table, upcoming club events, front cover details

Send information to printers by the Thursday of the game week

Organise collection of the programmes on the Friday

Key requirements would be:

Access to emails to gather information and pass onto the printers

Ability to work to a tight deadline

Good organisation skills

Potential to have to word process or re-format information so suitable for printer
